Jakarta Governor, Basuki Tjahaja Purnama offered flat for Tambora residents, West Jakarta.

“We’ll construct apartment, not flat. Jakarta Provincial Government has bought 8,000 meter square of land in Tambora. The 16-floor apartment will be constructed this year in Tambora,” he said, Wednesday (2/3).
Basuki added that his side will offer residents who have land or house with certificate to move into the apartment.

According to him, if a citizen has 30 meter of land, then Basuki will give apartment unit by 45 meter square.
“Residents’ land who move to apartment will be turned as park and flat,” he continued.
The apartment unit given to citizen who have land certificate, can be rented to other people.
